The Konetik radio frequency remote control and receiver kit by Hunter Pacific is designed to be used with all Hunter Pacific AC ceiling fans including the Typhoon, Intercept, Concept, Eco2 and Majestic ceiling fan range.
The Konetik A2002 comes complete with a hand held remote control, radio frequency receiver, wall mounting bracket and battery.
Note: This remote control should not be used with a wall controller. This can cause issues and cause the fan to not work properly.

Purchased about a year ago and recently stopped working in medium speed. This is an outdoor fan a Typhoon 316 which in turn replaced the neotec remote from 2013. Heather was great and cheerfully replaced with a Konetik which I cannot test as the other UniTron I bought as a spare last year is now in service :)
I have to admit I was disappointed with a remote that failed after 12 months, I will also say that the fan was generally left on medium speed nearly 24/7. I hope this feedback is useful for your support engineers to build a better remote (if you haven'y already with the Konetik.

This is a good addition to the ceiling fan.
It makes installation simpler as you don't use the wall mounted dimmer with it and easy to use.
I just found that in some spots in the room the receiver unit did not receive the signals from the transmitter every time which throws the selection out of sync.but it's not a really A problem given how often you need to change the speed.
All in all I am very happy with the product and happy to recommend it.

Works just fine but the only issue I have is trying to feel for the buttons in the dark to turn the light on or the fan on/off. I would prefer buttons rather than this.
