Can the Mercator Basic RF Ceiling Fan Remote Control Kit be used with the Swift, that also has a wall plate connection?
Asked by Gerard Pinto from Sydney - 07 January 2018

Hi Gerard,
Thanks for your message. The Mercator basic RF remote control can be used with the Swift fans, however they cannot be used in conjunction with a wall control.
Kind Regards - Z

Can the speeds be adjusted once this remote receiver is installed, some fans run very slow on low but to fast on medium, i need it to be suitable for a child's bedroom
Asked by Melissa from Albury - 23 December 2017

Hi Melissa,
Thanks for your message. You will have to speak to your electrician about adjusting the speeds, however adjusting the speeds on the fan will void the warranty.
If you have any further questions please let me know.
Kind Regards - Z
