COVID-19 & Other Important Operation Updates

We want to keep you in the loop on how we have implemented changes to ensure tip-top service across all aspects of our business:
Warranties and Returns
Ceiling Fans Direct is running at full capacity with few of our online team working remotely. As per usual, the team is excited to hear from you through email, phone or live chat Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm AEST.
We are doing our best to get back to all the emails and phone calls in a timely manner however with the huge influx of customer contact we are still experiencing delays in getting back to all our customers. We would ask that you please be mindful of this and we thank you for your patience.
Our Brisbane warehouse is picking and dispatching your favourite products from all of the big brands Australia-wide, every business day! You can take advantage of our free shipping on orders over $150. We have started offering order 'Pickup' option from our warehouse once again for all online orders, with processes put in place to make this entirely contactless.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive within the normal delivery timeframes we are starting to see the processing of orders and delivery times take several extra days beyond our normal delivery windows.
With more and more people shopping online this is adding to the delays we are seeing. This is affecting deliveries on both sides of the business, incoming and outgoing goods.
We are working closely with Australia Post to ensure that your order is delivered on time. While we don’t anticipate any big delays but we have noticed longer than normal times to NSW, VIC, WA and SA, we are monitoring the situation closely as this all unfolds and we would ask for your patience and understanding of any unforeseen delays.

Warranties and Returns
We are pleased to announce there is no change in your ability to take advantage of our 30-day returns policy. Our team is currently processing returns twice a week to ensure that things continue to operate as quickly as you have been used to.
