Online Store

Ceiling Fans Direct is running at 100% with our helpful online team all working remotely. As per usual, the team is excited to hear from you through email, phone or live chat Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm AEST.

Our Brisbane warehouse is picking and dispatching your favourite products from all of the big brands Australia-wide, daily! You can take advantage of our free shipping on orders over $150. For the safety of our warehouse team and customers, we’ve temporarily suspended warehouse pickup. 

Shipping Times

We are working closely with Australia Post to ensure that your order is delivered on time. While we don’t anticipate any delays in shipping times however, we are monitoring the situation closely as this all unfolds and we would ask for your patience and understanding of any unforeseen delays. 

Warranties and Returns

We are pleased to announce there is no change in your ability to take advantage of our 30-day returns policy. Our team is currently processing returns twice a week to ensure that things continue to operate as quickly as you have been used to.
